✦ these are my terms of service so that there can be no confusion between both sides.

✦ General:

Whenever requesting a specific character it is necessary to provide a suitable character reference ideally a full body image with flat colors.
When asking me to draw certain poses, expressions, etc., you must be very clear and specific. Even better if there is some reference (stickman drawings are always welcome!).

✦ Payments:

Via Wise (preferably) or PayPal
50% of the amount decided before or after the sketch is made must be paid, otherwise the order will not be continued without payment.
Revisions will incur additional payment depending on the size of the change made.

✦ Deadlines and Delivery:

The preference is that there are no Deadlines given the unpredictable schedule.
Keep in mind that the commission can be delivered in one week or more.

✦ I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO:

  • Refuse a request if I don't feel comfortable drawing it.

  • Cancel the order if the customer is being disrespectful.

  • If there is a cancellation after the 50% transaction amount has been sent AND part of the process already shared with the customer, there will be no refund for it, due to the time and effort spent in the meantime (only if you are at an early stage of the product).

  • Pause and/or cancel the order for emergency and health reasons, with the client being duly notified.

  • All prices are debatable, including on my part, including situations involving: Complex designs, complex poses and many details involved in the illustration can modify the final price.

✦ IT IS NOT AUTHORIZED:

  • I do not authorize claiming that the work carried out is the work of the client or anyone other than myself. (CryFox)

  • I do not authorize the removal of my signature under any circumstances.

  • I do not authorize the use of my art for commercial use, HOWEVER, it can be discussed in advance and with my sole and solemn confirmation, in addition to the price of the product increasing given the purpose of the purchase.

  • I DO NOT authorize the use of my art to train AI (artificial intelligence) or modify it, whether by AI or not.
